Terms & Conditions Agreement

Immunecology Affiliate Agreement To be an authorized affiliate of Immunecology.com you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the Immunecology.com service as an affiliate. By signing up for the Immunecology.com affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. If you promote Immunecology, Ltd products, then: 1. You agree to make no such promotions that involve unlicensed use of materials protected by copyright or trademark law. 2. You agree that you will not engage in activities that interfere with our tracking of commissions, or with the normal flow of traffic from affiliates. 3. You agree that all such promotions will be fully compliant with federal and state laws, including US federal and state laws regarding network abuse, unsolicited messaging, and FTC Advertising Rules (found at http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/buspubs/ruleroad.htm ) and Disclosure Rules (found at http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/buspubs/dotcom/index.html.) 4. Since you have our buttons logo's on your site you may not promote any porn or gambling sites with our service. Although, since we sell some products intended to enhance sexual expression, some sites of an adult or erotic nature may be appropriate. You must get prior permission from Customer Service Staff before advertising on these sites. 5. You agree not to SPAM any URL that have our links or to sites with our buttons even using a redirect link. You agree never to email to anyone in a broadcast unless they are double optin and IP, Name, and Date and Time stamp have been recorded and can be produced. You understand that if you disregard this we may terminate your account without warring. We will do our best to work with you but if our host or backbone server asks us to remove any member for SPAM it will be done if we agree with the complaint. 6. We ask that you work with us if a customer comes to us for unsubscribe's etc to your emails lists and such. If we find any vendor does not have the best intentions of the customer and it reflects poorly on our service we will work with you to resolve the issue and failure to do so may terminate your account with us. We want your customers to have no issues with our service. 7. We have a product return policy of 15 days from date of order fulfillment. Because of this, payments of your affiliate commissions will be held at least until the return period for that order has past. 8. If something unforeseen occurs that requires us to refund a customer for which you have already been paid, we will subtract that amount from your next commission check. 9. You agree NOT to redeem retail customer discount coupons on top of any affiliate discount you are granted for your personal-use or resale orders. You may apply coupon codes that are granted to you by Immunecology specifically to be used by affiliates. Any affiliate caught using retail customer coupon codes will be immediately terminated from the program. 10. You agree that if you use marketing tactics that are misleading or make claims about the products that we did not approve, you will be responsible for any damages that may be incurred by such claims or tactics. In no case, will you make sensational claims that the products will cure or diagnose any disease.
